Coconut fiber 3L

Coconut is an excellent base for any soil mix and has earned a place in all our SYBASoil mixes. It holds moisture well without getting too wet and improves aeration due to its structure. Our coconut is ready to use and comes in convenient bags, unlike most coconut blocks which need to be hand dried and kneaded before use. Coconut, also known as coir, usually needs to be buffered before use. This means it needs to be placed in a buffer solution to remove the salt buildup naturally present in the coconut shells. This process has already been done for you, so you can use the coconut as soon as it arrives.
